These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method supplied
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- All products are subject to availability.
- Orders are only accepted once you receive written confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
- If cancelled by us before preparation, a full refund will be issued.
4. Perishable Goods & Cancellation Rights
All products sold are perishable, made-to-order food items. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Therefore:
- Once preparation has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Same-day and next-day orders are strictly non-cancellable.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the collection date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the collection date cannot be refunded.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Full payment is required at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without liability.
- If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Collection
All orders must be collected in person from:

- Collection is available during opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 07:30 – 17:30.
- We do not offer delivery.
- If you are unable to collect on your agreed date, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for product condition once it has been collected.
7. Product Condition & Claims
All claims for damage or quality issues must:
- Be submitted within 24 hours of collection
- Include clear photographic evidence
Minor cosmetic variations do not constitute damage. Refunds or replacements are issued solely at our discretion.
8. Storage Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Storing products according to provided instructions
- Refrigeration where required
- Consuming within the recommended timeframe
We are not liable for spoilage after collection.
9. Allergens & Dietary Liability
Products may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and other allergens. We operate in a kitchen handling multiple allergens and cannot guarantee any product is completely free from traces. Customers are solely responsible for confirming suitability before purchase. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all implied warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the claim using collection confirmation and any available evidence. Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including branding, text, product names, and images, is owned by WOLK Cakes. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruption, or supply chain failure.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
