Collection & Delivery

Where do I collect my cake? All orders are collected from our coffee shop at:

What are your collection hours? Collection is available during our café opening hours. Please check our Google listing for current hours or contact us to confirm before placing your order.

Do you offer delivery? Currently all orders are collection only from our Richmond café. We are working on introducing local delivery — sign up to our email list to be the first to know when this launches.

What if I am late to collect? If you are unable to collect on your agreed date, please let us know as soon as possible. Cakes can be stored in our fridge for one additional day. After that we cannot guarantee freshness.


Product & Ingredients

Are your cakes suitable for vegetarians? Yes, all of our cakes are vegetarian.

Do you cater for gluten-free or dairy-free requirements? Our current menu contains gluten and dairy. We do not currently offer gluten-free or dairy-free versions. Please visit our Allergen Information page for the full breakdown of ingredients.

Do your cakes contain nuts? Please refer to our dedicated Allergen Information page for full details. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering.

How long do the cakes keep?

  • Basque Cheesecake — up to 3 days refrigerated
  • Honey Cake — up to 3 days refrigerated, best on day 2
  • Napoleon Cake — up to 2 days refrigerated
  • Cinnamon Buns — best eaten within 24 hours, can be gently rewarmed

How should I store my cake? All cakes should be stored in the refrigerator. Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture.

How should I transport my cake? Your cake will be packaged securely for collection. Please keep it flat and avoid direct sunlight or heat during transport. We recommend placing it directly in the fridge upon arriving home.


Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

What is your refund policy? As all our cakes are made fresh to order, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection and we will do everything we can to make it right. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order? Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your collection date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this point cannot be refunded as ingredients will already have been prepared.
