At WOLK Cakes, we take allergens seriously. All our products are prepared in a kitchen where wheat flour, nuts and other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Basque Cheesecake

Ingredients: Cream cheese (milk), double cream (milk), eggs, sugar, vanilla.

Allergens: Milk • Eggs

Made without gluten-containing ingredients. Our Basque Cheesecake contains no flour of any kind. However, it is baked in a kitchen that handles wheat flour every day, so we cannot guarantee it is free from traces of gluten. It is not suitable for coeliac customers or anyone with a diagnosed wheat allergy.

Honey Cake

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter (milk), eggs, sugar, honey, soured cream (milk), vanilla.

Napoleon Cake

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter (milk), eggs, sugar, milk, cream (milk), vanilla.

Cinnamon Buns

Ingredients: Wheat flour, milk, butter (milk), eggs, sugar, cinnamon, yeast.

Allergens: Milk • Eggs • Wheat (gluten)

Custom Celebration Cakes

Our made-to-order sponge cakes contain wheat flour, milk and eggs. Fillings and toppings vary by order and may introduce additional allergens, including nuts. We will confirm the full allergen profile of your cake by email before your order is accepted. See our Custom Cakes page.

While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for those with severe allergies, and we do not make “gluten free” claims for any product.
