Refund policy

Thank you for ordering from us. As our cakes and baked goods are freshly made to order, we operate a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure product quality and operational fairness.

1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable, as preparation and ingredient sourcing will have already begun.
  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Refunds & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and delivering our cakes. However, if your order arrives:

  • Significantly damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The delivery label

If approved, we may offer:

  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • A replacement (subject to availability)

Refund decisions are made at our discretion based on the evidence provided.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect flavour/size selection by the customer
  • Products that have been stored improperly after delivery
  • Minor cosmetic variations (as all cakes are handmade)
4. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Recipient unavailable
  • No safe place provided

We are not responsible for refunds. A re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Quality Commitment

All products are freshly baked and quality checked before dispatch. As our cakes are handmade, slight variations in decoration may occur and do not qualify as defects.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
