Refund Policy

As all WOLK Cakes products are made fresh to order, our refund policy reflects the handmade nature of what we do.

Cancellations & Refunds

More than 48 hours before collection: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Within 48 hours of collection: We are unable to offer a refund as ingredients will already have been prepared.
No-show / non-collection: We are unable to offer a refund if an order is not collected on the agreed date without prior notice.

Quality Issues

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with a description and photograph of the issue. We will do everything we can to make it right, including a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
