Our Honey Cake is a beloved Eastern European classic, made entirely from scratch in our Richmond kitchen. Thin, delicate layers of honey-infused sponge are stacked with a light, tangy soured cream filling that softens overnight into something truly extraordinary. This is a cake that rewards patience — the longer it rests, the better it tastes.
Every layer is baked individually and assembled by hand by our Ukrainian pastry chef, using a recipe rooted in years of tradition.
Best served: Chilled, the day after collection — the flavour only improves

Storage & Collection
- Collection only from 16 Hill Rise, Richmond TW10 6UA
- Open Monday – Sunday, 07:30am – 5:30pm
- Store in the fridge. Best consumed within 3 days of collection.
- Best enjoyed the day after collection, once the layers have fully softened.
