Basque Cheesecake

Serves 4–6 or 10–12 people

Our Basque Cheesecake is deeply caramelised on the outside with a deliberately burnished crust, and impossibly creamy at the centre. Made with full-fat cream cheese, fresh eggs, and double cream, each cake is baked at high heat to achieve that signature dark top and soft, custard-like interior. No base. No flour. No fuss. Just pure, rich flavour.

Baked to order in our Richmond kitchen and ready for collection in as little as 2 days.

Best served: Slightly chilled

Storage & Collection

  • Collection only from 16 Hill Rise, Richmond TW10 6UA
  • Open Monday – Sunday, 07:30am – 5:30pm
  • Store in the fridge. Best consumed within 3 days of collection.
  • Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving for the best texture.

Collection only. Orders not collected within 24 hours of your chosen date cannot be refunded or remade.
